Terms of Service

By creating an account or joining an event on Memorees, you agree to these terms. Short version: be honest, don't abuse the service, don't upload things you don't have the right to share.

Accounts

You're responsible for what happens on your host account. Keep your password private. Notify us at support@memorees.clickif you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or non-consensual imagery.
• No CSAM. We report violations to authorities and delete the account.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
• Don't use Memorees to send spam or unsolicited invites to strangers.
• You must own or have permission for any photo you upload.

We may suspend or delete an event or account that violates these rules, without a refund.

Payments & refunds

Paid tiers are one-time purchases per event, processed by Polar. If the service is materially broken on our side within 7 days of purchase and we can't fix it, email us for a full refund. Change-of-mind refunds are considered case-by-case.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but Memorees is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Back up any photos you want to keep — our retention window is not a permanent archive.

Content ownership

You keep the copyright to your photos. You grant Memorees a limited license to store, transmit, and display them to the host and other invited guests of the same event, solely to operate the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memorees' total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (or £50 for free-tier users).
